KC's Kitchen & Cocktails is the culmination of Casey and Kendra's lifelong dream, the dynamic duo behind our establishment. With nearly 40 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry, Casey and Kendra have refined their craft in some of the top venues in Manitowoc County. Casey, boasting over 20 years of culinary expertise, holds an associate degree in culinary arts and is a certified food safety manager by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Additionally, he is a State of Wisconsin Certified Wild Mushroom Identifier, accredited by the Wisconsin Mycological Society, and is currently pursuing a Business Administration degree at UW-GB. Kendra, with almost two decades in the restaurant sector, has thrived in management roles and is also a skilled professional photographer, having studied at UW-GB. Her diverse talents infuse a creative flair into our culinary creations. The story of KC's Kitchen & Cocktails is deeply rooted in our shared love for food, vast industry experience, and dedication to excellence.
